MiniaturZ ( "we," or "us") offers its interactive 3D platform for online play therapy and related services to you under the condition that you accept all of our terms, including these Terms of Service and all related policies.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service as a therapist, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold valid professional credentials in your jurisdiction
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate professional insurance

For patients, access is granted through a licensed therapist, and for patients under 18, parental consent must be required by the therapist.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service as a therapist, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Professional Conduct

Therapists using the Service must:

  • Maintain professional standards and ethics

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance via Stripe under their own policies. MiniaturZ do not store any payment data
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We may change fees at any time
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
  • If you require an invoice, contact us

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, visuals, 3D models, and content, is owned byMiniaturZ. Users retain rights to their session content while granting us limited license to provide and improve the Service.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict privacy standards in compliance with HIPAA, GDPR and other applicable regulations. See our privacy policy for detailed information.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Share account credentials
  • Record sessions without consent
  • Use the Service for non-therapeutic purposes
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterupted or error-free service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time. Any payment involved will follow Stripe policies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. 3D Model Attributions

MiniaturZ uses 3D models under various licenses. We gratefully acknowledge all creators and their work.
